Chocolate oh chocolate!!

Yo friend!! whatcha doing?? nothing special happen this weekend but it's CHRISTMAS!! Yeah, i am so happy because i got so many present. The most i like is present from my foster brother, it's  CHOCOLATE!! i got four bars of chocolate, my favourite chocolate flavour. Talking about chocolate, today my topic is Chocolate. Let's begin!!

Chocolate comes from a fruit called a pod that grows on the cacao tree. A seedling tree generally must mature for five years before it produces pods, with peak pod production happening at 10 years. A cocoa tree can bear fruit and produce pods for 30 to 40 years. Each pod is similar in size to a football, and contains up to 50 cocoa beans. To make one ounce of milk chocolate, it takes 4 cocoa beans, and one ounce of dark chocolate requires 12 beans. An average American or Canadian will consume about 12 pounds of chocolate per year. However, the Swiss are the world’s largest consumers of chocolate, eating about 22 pounds of chocolate per person per year!

  
Chocolate Helps to Prevent “Bad” Cholesterol

Chocolate  is rich in phenolics, the same heart protective antioxidants found in wine.  In fact, 1.5 ounces of chocolate -the amount of a typical chocolate bar - has as many phenolitcs as a glass of red wine.  These chemicals help lower the risk of heart disease and prevent clot-like substances from clogging arteries. Stearic acid, a saturated fat found in red meat and chocolate, does not raise cholesterol levels compared to other saturated fats.   Cells treated with stearic acid, which are normally found in beef and chocolate appear to cut the liver's output of fat and work to help pull "bad" cholesterol out of the blood.

Chocolate is Low in Caffeine

Chocolate is comparatively low in caffeine. For example a one-ounce piece of milk chocolate contains approximately 6 milligrams of caffeine, while a five-ounce cup of decaffeinated brewed coffee contains 3 milligrams of caffeine, and a five-ounce cup of caffeinated instant coffee contains 65 milligrams of caffeine. A five-ounce cup of brewed coffee can have upto 115 milligrams of caffeine. Tea is also high in caffeine - ranging from 30-60 milligrams for a five-ounce cup.

Dark chocolate has been identified has high in Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. ORAC is a method of measuring antioxidant capacity, and has been applied to vegetables, spices, fruits and berries. There is a high correlation between high antioxidant capacity and the free-radical theory of aging - meaning foods high in ORAC help combat the effects of aging due to free-radicals. In every 100g of dark chocolate there are 13,120 ORAC, compared to 5938 in one cup of strawberries or 13,427 in a cup of blueberries.

Chocolate is Good for You

Suggested serving size: One 50-gram bar of dark chocolate or two cups (500 mL) of hot cocoa (made with real cocoa, not hot chocolate mix) per day.

Why do cats like boxes

Ketiak oh ketiak...

Semalam lepas lepak dengan kawan dari pagi sampailah matahari tu nak masuk tidur kat bandar barulah terpikir nak balik rumah.. happening sang.. kaki pun naik kebas berjalan tak henti, biasalah kan.. shopperholic sangat... pegi buat kuku pstu beli-belah baju segala.. da nak sebulan tak jalan-jalan, asyik dok kat rumah layan tv ja .. na bila da peluang bersopping sampai tak ingat rumah ...

Time nak balik tu, saudara ci offer na ambik tapi dia kena siapkan kerja luk baru leh keluar tapi ci da penat sangat na tunggu so ci ikut kawan cici jela balik guna bus... fuuhhh.... bersesak dalam bus cam ikan sardin.. apa leh buat,da gatal nak naik bus terima la padah sendiri. disebabkan da tak ada ruang kosong untuk duduk so ci terpaksa la berdiri sampai la ada tempat nak duduk. lima minit kemudian ada penumpang yang turun jadi ci berkesempatan nak duduk plak..masa penumpang turun ada gak yang naik bus.

oleh kerana ci duduk dekat dengan pintu ,ci nampak la siapa yang turun naik bus ni. time tengah relax tu kan ci da tenampak seorang lelaki naik dengan briefcasenya..wau.. ni mesti kerja kat opis dalam ati ci, lelaki tu boleh la dikatakan ensem,sweet mata memandang, ci pula duk tinguk ja tapi ni bermakna ci tepikat ok.. ci da ada sweetheart just tengok jela... ci bukanya gatal pun.. ngehehe.. lelaki tu tepaksa pulak berdiri coz bus da penuh, dalam ati ci macam ci na tegur tapi dia nak ke layan ci?? bagus diam jak,..

tak lama selepas tu ci terhidu bau yang kurang menyenangkan, bau yang perghhh..... yuck2x... sunguh meloyakan,bau amis..macam  bau ketiak yang bermingu-mingu tak mandi.. arghhh, ci tertanya-tanya ketiak sapa yang basi betul ni.. pusing sana pusing sini last-last ci rasa macam lelaki kacak tu tadi yang tengah berdiri seblah ci duduk.. mak aiiii... baunya.. ,muka ensem tapi ketiak cam da basi.. ilang kemacoannya terus.. dalam pikiran ci, ada hati na suh dia pakai deodorant ci supaya bau semulajadinya hilang tapi tu namanya ci cari nahas..  so ci pura-pura  ambik saputangan pastu libas-libas buat muka kepanasan and then tutup idung pulak...

bila bus behenti kat bustop tempat tinggal ci,ci cepat-cepat turun.. tak tahan ngan baunya yang semerbak.. wahai lelaki-lelaki diluar sana... jagalah ketiak korang dari bauan semulajadi ..mungkin korang suka menghidunya tapi sesetengah orang boleh pengsan dengan bau korang... rajin-rajin la pakai deodorant... jangan marah dengan post cici.. babai for now..

7C - Kenapa lelaki benci wanita

Kadang-kadang orang lelaki ni sensitif jugak, lagi-lagi mereka yang dicap 7c.. Ci pun taknak disenarai dalam 7c.. 7c tersebut adalah sperti berikut..

1. Comot
Mereka yang bergaya sakan bila keluar rumah tapi kat rumah penampilan tak jaga langsung. Misalnya, penampilan selekeh,  segala kerja yang dibuat  serta kebersihan diri tak dijaga.

2, Cerewet
Jagalah percakapan korang, lelaki paling pantang dengan gaya camni. Kata orang, hati wanita terletak di mulutnya. Wahai wanita sahabatku semua, tolonglah jangan biarkan lelaki menyampah dengan perangai cerewet anda.

3, Cemburu
Manusia mana yang tak pernah cemburu? Ci pun kekadang cemburu jugak.. Cemburu perlu ada dalam perhubungan, itu tandanya kita caring kat pasangan masing-masing kan... Tapi ingat, cemburu juga ada hadnya.. Takan laki makan dengan kawan sekerja pun na jealous segala... Kamooonnn laa.. Bagi ruang jugak besantai dengan kengkawannya..

4. Cuai
Korang tanak kan dipangil clumsy .. Lelaki ni tak suka yang cuai.. So alert la ye.. 

5. Celupar
Sapa yang nak balik2 pot..pet..pot.. Pet jak .. Ci pun tak hingin da  kawan mulut cam pantat ayam.. Arghhhh...

6. Cabul
Cabul disini membawa maksud keji dari segi perangai sehinggaa wanita tu langsung tak tau malu..

7. Cabar
Jangan sesekali mencabar orang lelaki.. Lelaki ni kadang-kadang ada gak yang pantang kena cabar .. Karang korang cabar dapat pulak sebijik pelempang, korang jugak yang makan angin lak ...

Awan misteri menyerang Sabah

Awan misteri yang melanda sabah 12 jun 2012 lkalu amat membimbangkan penduduk sabah. bukanya apa pun, cuma ingat taufan kunun nak melanda sabah.. awan ni lain dari yang lain dan amat menakjubkan bagi cici. apa taknya,bentuk ada yang serupa ekor naga, selain tu macam ombak  pun ada jugak.

awan misteri ataupun dipangil awan nano yang melanda pantai barat sabah dklasifikasikan awan dari filpina akibat taufan yang melanda disana. tapi orang ramai mengatakan kiamat dah nak tiba, awan syaitan nak lalu laa .. apa laaa .. tu pendapat sesetengah orang..  ngerinya, nasib baik la sabah belum pernah dilanda taufan... fenoma awan misteri ni muncul pagi awal pagi 12 jun yang lalu tanpa hujan ataupun ribut tetapi menjelang tengah hari, hujan turun dengan lebatnya disertai dengan ribut.

Bagi cici, awan ni amat unik dan jarang ditemui. inilah keindahan ciptaan yang maha kuasa.. so, jagalah kebersihan alam sekitar aga tak mudah bencana melanda.. ni nak tebang semua pokok, camna tak ribut  melanda, atap rumah pun leh tebalik sebab takder pokok nak jadi benteng... informasi ni ci dapat dari sebuah laman web, kalau korang nak tau lebih lanjut gi baca sendiri... Caww.....
